Jocelyn Wu (MDL) is a Fellow in our Leadership Training Academy Class of 2026 and specializes in OB/GYN. She shared the following reflections on her work, advocacy, and what brings her joy.
What are your clinical or research interests?
Co location of sexual and reproductive health with mental health and addiction services, intergenerational healing, adolescent preventative care, using the menstrual cycle for empowerment.
What current policy issue motivates you to be an advocate?
The misuse of research to criminalize pregnant people, as with cocaine, cannabis, and now Tylenol.
What is bringing you joy these days?
