Two Republican lawmakers in Wisconsin have introduced legislation that would redefine what is considered abortion care. 

The bill, introduced by state Rep. Joy Goeben and state Sen. Andre Jacque in September, would differentiate among medical procedures used to treat conditions such as ectopic and molar pregnancies and those used to terminate a pregnancy, which it calls “the intentional destruction of the life of an unborn child.”
