Deepen your commitment to protecting reproductive rights and PRH by joining our President’s Council today. 

With an annual commitment of $1,000 or more, you will provide physicians in our network with the resources they need to confront and disrupt systems of oppression that deny people comprehensive health care. By centering the communities who face the most barriers to care, together, we can work to make historic shifts by enacting policies that put our health, dignity, and autonomy first.  

A donor advised fund (DAF) is a charitable giving program that allows you to combine the most favorable tax benefits with the flexibility to support the causes most important to you. 

To make a gift to PRH through your donor advised fund, please provide your fund manager with our Tax ID number (EIN 13-3693391), and legally registered name (Physicians for Reproductive Health, Inc.). To announce a gift or if you have any questions, please email [email protected] and someone on our team will assist you.

Planning for your future and creating the legacy you wish to leave is one of the most effective ways to ensure a lasting impact. Making a gift in your will or living trust, known as a bequest, can guarantee that your legacy endures. Your gift may be a specific dollar amount, a percentage of your estate, or the remainder after all other provisions are specified. Thank you for ensuring PRH continues fighting for reproductive health, rights, and justice well into the future. 

For an unrestricted gift that allows Physicians for Reproductive Health to determine the use of funds based on the most pressing needs, use the following language for your will and/or trust: 

“I give Physicians for Reproductive Health, Inc., a nonprofit corporation, or its successor thereto, [written amount or percentage of the estate or description of property] for its unrestricted charitable use and purpose.”  

To designate your provision for a particular purpose, use this suggested language: 

“I give Physicians for Reproductive Health, Inc., a nonprofit corporation or its successor thereto, [written amount or percentage of the estate or description of property]. This gift should be used for (state purpose) if and so long as Physicians for Reproductive Health, Inc. determines that the need exists. If Physicians for Reproductive Health, Inc. shall determine at the outset or at a later time that the need does not exist, or no longer exists, or for some reason it is not possible (or prudent) to administer my gift as originally intended, then Physicians for Reproductive Health, Inc. may, in its sole and uncontrolled discretion, direct the use of my bequest for a purpose related as closely as possible to that stated above.”  

If you have named PRH in your will or trust, please let us know so we can ensure that your gift is used according to your wishes.

Notifying us of your plans will enable us to plan for the use of your future gift. However, if you prefer to remain anonymous, we will keep your name and gift in confidence.
