Today the Supreme Court issued a disappointing decision in Fulton v. City of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

“The Supreme Court’s ruling allowing a religiously affiliated social service organization to discriminate against the countless LGBTQ+ parents who want to give children in the foster care system a loving home is a harmful loss for Pennsylvania communities. Every person deserves to live a healthy, full, dignified life, and to create their families in the way that is best for them free from discrimination. PRH is committed to ensuring the civil rights of LGBTQ+ folks in our communities are protected.”
