Taylor Rose (she/her) is Atlanta-bred, New Yorker-made, and Asheville-based. She goes by TR or Taylor Rose (double first name) and loves traveling, adventures, community-based workouts, exploring the outdoors, and spending time with her rescue pup, George!
TR has an 18-year career focused on improving conditions in which people access sexual and reproductive health care, including abortion, through direct service, advocacy, education & programming.
Before PRH, TR worked as a Case Manager on the National Abortion Federation Hotline, a health educator at Planned Parenthood Metro Washington, and a trainer at the Reproductive Health Access Project for School-Based Health Centers in NYC. TR grew up doing her homework in the recovery room at Feminist Women’s Health Center in Atlanta, GA, where her mom worked as a counselor and attributes this upbringing to her deep love for abortion care providers and folks who have abortions.
TR has a B.A. in Law and Society from American University, Washington, D.C.; a Master’s in Public Health from Columbia University’s Mailman School, New York City; and is an alumna of the CoreAlign Generative Fellowship.
