My story is nothing special or extraordinary. I was seventeen, a high school senior, and pregnant. My decision to have an abortion was the right one for me. I had the abortion, went to college, graduated, had two beautiful daughters, and now have four beautiful grandchildren. I can’t imagine life without any of them. I love them more than anything, but I have no regrets about the child I chose not to have. I support the right of every woman to make the very personal choice that is right for her and will continue to fight for that right for my daughters, my grandchildren, and for all of us.
