Story No. 317: Kamila from California

I rely on my OB/GYN and my health insurance to provide me with birth control so that I can choose whether or not I want to get pregnant. I have been incredibly fortunate to receive quality reproductive health care my entire life, starting with visiting Planned Parenthood as a teenager.

Because of good prenatal care, both of my children were born healthy, and because of access to birth control, I have been able to decide whether or not to have more children.

Access to quality reproductive health care services is a human right. In addition to being important for adults, it is so closely tied to the health and well-being of our children.

I stand with Physicians for Reproductive Health.
