My story is an old one.

Almost 40 years ago, I was a 20-year-old college student whose use of contraception was not quite consistent enough. I found myself pregnant. My boyfriend and I were very sure that terminating the pregnancy quickly was the right answer for us.

Thankfully, I had access to a safe and local clinic and was able to borrow the $200 required from a good friend. Both my boyfriend and I went on to finish college, attend graduate school, marry (not each other), and have children and solid careers. We are still friends. We were both able to pursue our dreams because we had the choice! We never regretted our decision for an instant.
