I was living with a hot-tempered man and became pregnant. Years before, I had decided that parenthood was not for me under any circumstances. This relationship being terminal itself, I immediately contacted Rocky Mountain Planned Parenthood. Arranging an appointment was quick and easy. The counselor I spoke with was very gentle and very thorough as she made sure I was making the best decision for me. Before I left, I had an appointment for an abortion a week or so later.

The abortion was completed without incident. Everyone was courteous, professional, empathetic, and supportive; all I could possibly have wished.

It should be this way for everyone.
