I saw a patient today, I’ll call her Jane, who had an unfortunate encounter with a fake women’s health center.

Jane was trying to go to Planned Parenthood and had a friend with her for support. They were approached by the employees of the fake health center who told her they were part of Planned Parenthood (they were in a van parked just outside of our Planned Parenthood clinic).

Once they got Jane and her friend inside inside, she told me that they immediately started trying to talk her out of getting an abortion. Jane and her friend were very freaked out and scared.

This happened in Memphis, so Jane then drove all the way to Nashville (more than four hours) to be seen at my clinic instead!
